After leaving the film industry in the early 2000s, Suvalakshmi transitioned into a quiet life away from the spotlight:
She now practices as a natural artist and manages her husband’s businesses in California.
She moved to the United States and earned a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2013.
