Using a file manager (like ZArchiver or the built-in My Files app), navigate to: Android/obb/
Move the downloaded .obb file (usually named main.xxx.com.sonic.megamix.mania.obb ) into the folder you just created.
Tap the downloaded .apk file and press "Install." Do not open it yet.
