Open TIA Portal V15. Do not open any project yet.

Confirm the installation. TIA Portal will now add the package to its internal database. This takes 2-5 minutes.

Browse to your extracted folder and select the .sp or .hsp file (e.g., Siemens_MC_Drives_V15.sp ).

Navigate to Options > Support Packages .

After success, close and restart TIA Portal.

In the "Support Packages" dialog, click the "Install from file system..." (folder icon) button.
