You do not have to earn health. You do not have to earn respect. You do not have to earn the right to exist joyfully.

Intuitive eating is the radical act of trusting your body. You eat when you are hungry. You stop when you are full. You allow all foods to exist without the "good" or "bad" label.

When you remove the scarcity mindset, something magical happens: the cookies lose their power. You eat two, you feel satisfied, you move on. You stop the binge-restrict cycle. This is the nutritional heart of the body positivity movement. Raise your hand if you have ever used exercise to "burn off" a meal.
