Search for "Trending App Gamer7z Archive" on the official Internet Archive (the only safe mirror). Look for the file named GTASA_Trending_Gamer7z_v3.2.zip . Do not download from pop-up ad sites.

Run TrendingLauncher.exe as Administrator. Do not touch the settings on the first boot. The app will automatically configure your GPU.

A: This is a known vanilla bug. In the Gamer7z Control Panel (F12), toggle "Disable Frame Limiter" to ON. That solves the gym crash 100%.
