EuroScope Crashes When Opening "List of Flights" Fix: This is a .NET Framework bug in Wine. Install dotnet48 via Crossover’s "Install Software" panel. 2. Audio Not Working (No Radio Sounds) Fix: EuroScope uses DirectSound. In Crossover, go to bottle settings → "Sound" → choose "PulseAudio" (not ALSA). On macOS, install pulseaudio via Homebrew if missing. 3. Mouse Pointer Disappears Over Radar Fix: Disable Mac’s "Shake to locate cursor" (System Settings → Accessibility → Display). Also, in EuroScope settings, use "Software cursor" mode. 4. Plugin (e.g., vSTARS) Won't Load Fix: Plugins that use Windows-specific hardware acceleration often fail in Wine. Use Parallels for full plugin compatibility. Is There a Native macOS ATC Client? If you find Wine/VMs too cumbersome, consider Swift (the alternative ATC client for VATSIM).
