Right-click on Setup.exe and select “Run as administrator.” If a UAC (User Account Control) popup appears, click “Yes.”

Do not skip the restart. The drivers load during system boot.

After restarting, plug the UMT Dongle into a USB 2.0 port (USB 3.0 ports sometimes cause power issues with dongles).
